Fete brings village together

On Saturday 29 June, Hinton Martel held its annual village fete.

The weather was ideal, with not a cloud in the sky. Jez Barfoot, a finalist in TV’s Masterchef and the proprietor of the Tickled Pig in Wimborne, was on hand to open the event and to judge the hotly-contested Victoria Sponge competition.
